STUDY EXECUTION & OPERATIONS

 

I provide comprehensive end-to-end vendor management and operational oversight for real-world evidence (RWE), non-interventional studies (NIS), and hybrid clinical research programs. This includes strategic planning, contractual execution, and full operational delivery across global study environments.

 

This includes the execution of master service agreements (MSAs), work orders (WOs), and detailed budget management, ensuring alignment between scientific objectives, operational execution, and financial governance. I manage relationships with data providers, analytics vendors, CROs, and other external partners involved in study delivery.

 

A core component of my approach is proactive operational oversight, including vendor performance tracking, milestone management, and structured issue resolution. I ensure clear communication pathways across all stakeholders and maintain governance structures that support timely escalation and resolution of challenges.

 

I also coordinate cross-functional activities across internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency in execution across multi-country studies. This end-to-end model ensures operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory expectations, and high-quality delivery of complex RWE programs across all phases of the product lifecycle.
